- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 6 cups rice cereal
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup butterscotch chips
Instructions
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the sugar and corn syrup, stirring until the mixture comes to a boil.
- Remove from heat and stir in the peanut butter until smooth.
- In a large bowl, combine the rice cereal and the peanut butter mixture, mixing well to coat.
- Press the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch pan.
- In a separate pan, melt the chocolate and butterscotch chips together until smooth.
- Pour the chocolate mixture over the pressed cereal and spread evenly.
- Let cool, then cut into squares and serve.
