Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Add the cubed bread and shredded cheese to the egg mixture and stir to combine.
- Add the cooked sausage to the mixture and stir until evenly distributed.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the casserole is set and golden brown on top.
