Ingredients

  • 1 pound turkey bacon
  • 1 block cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes, drained
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 ½ cups bisquick mix
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the turkey bacon, cream cheese, and drained Rotel tomatoes until well blended.
  3. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, bisquick mix, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until fully incorporated.
  4. Form the mixture into 1 inch balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
