Description

Indulge in the delicious combination of s’mores and the classic rice krispie treat with these rolled s’mores rice krispie treats.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 package mini marshmallows
  • 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • extra graham crackers for rolling


Instructions

  1. In a large pot, melt the butter over low heat.
  2. Add the mini marshmallows and stir until completely melted.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Add the Rice Krispies and graham cracker crumbs, and mix well.
  5. Allow mixture to cool slightly, then press into a greased baking pan.
  6. Once set, spread chocolate chips over the top.
  7. Roll carefully to create a log shape, using graham crackers on the outside.
  8. Slice and serve as a delicious treat!

Notes

  • For extra flavor, you can add peanut butter to the mixture.
