Description
Indulge in the delicious combination of s’mores and the classic rice krispie treat with these rolled s’mores rice krispie treats.

- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 package mini marshmallows
- 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- extra graham crackers for rolling
Instructions
- In a large pot, melt the butter over low heat.
- Add the mini marshmallows and stir until completely melted.
- Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
- Add the Rice Krispies and graham cracker crumbs, and mix well.
- Allow mixture to cool slightly, then press into a greased baking pan.
- Once set, spread chocolate chips over the top.
- Roll carefully to create a log shape, using graham crackers on the outside.
- Slice and serve as a delicious treat!
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add peanut butter to the mixture.
- Keep the rolled treats tightly wrapped to maintain freshness.
