Ingredients

  • 1 head of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pizza dough
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup ricotta cheese

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).

  3. After cooling, squeeze the garlic out of the skins into a bowl and mix with ricotta, salt, and pepper.
