- 1 head of garlic
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pizza dough
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Roast the garlic by cutting off the top and drizzling with olive oil, wrapping it in foil, and baking for 30 minutes.
- After cooling, squeeze the garlic out of the skins into a bowl and mix with ricotta, salt, and pepper.
- Roll out the pizza dough and spread the garlic mixture over it.
- Top with shredded chicken and mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
