Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 cups crushed pretzels
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
  3. Beat the eggs in another bowl.
  4. Coat each chicken breast in the flour mixture, dip into the eggs, and then coat with crushed pretzels.
  5. Place the chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. In a saucepan, combine Dijon mustard, heavy cream, and cheddar cheese over low heat until melted and smooth.
  7. Serve the chicken with the mustard-cheddar sauce drizzled over it.
