- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 cups crushed pretzels
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
- Beat the eggs in another bowl.
- Coat each chicken breast in the flour mixture, dip into the eggs, and then coat with crushed pretzels.
- Place the chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.
- In a saucepan, combine Dijon mustard, heavy cream, and cheddar cheese over low heat until melted and smooth.
- Serve the chicken with the mustard-cheddar sauce drizzled over it.
