Pineapple Fluff is a light, refreshing dessert that combines pineapple and whipped topping for a delicious treat.

- 1 container whipped topping, thawed
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup shredded sweetened coconut
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
- 1 cup pineapple chunks, drained
- 1 can (20 ounces) crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix
- Maraschino cherries, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the crushed pineapple with its juice and the instant vanilla pudding mix. Stir well until the pudding mix is fully dissolved and slightly thickened.
- Fold in the whipped topping gently until the mixture becomes light and creamy.
- Add the mini marshmallows, shredded coconut, chopped pecans or walnuts, and pineapple chunks. Stir until everything is evenly combined.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to blend and the dessert to chill properly.
- Before serving, give the fluff a gentle stir and garnish with maraschino cherries if desired. Serve chilled in dessert bowls or cups.
