Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, garlic powder, ginger, and black pepper.
- Form the mixture into small meatballs.
- Wrap each meatball with a slice of turkey bacon and secure with a toothpick.
- Place the meatballs on a baking sheet.
- In a small saucepan, combine the crushed pineapple, brown sugar, and soy sauce. Bring to a simmer.
- Pour the pineapple mixture over the meatballs.
