- 1 banana (ripe)
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut (for garnish)
Instructions
- Add frozen pineapple, banana, coconut milk, and Greek yogurt into a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and add honey if additional sweetness is desired.
- Pour into a glass and top with shredded coconut.

- For a thicker smoothie, use less coconut milk.
