- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup pepper jelly
- 12 slices turkey bacon
- 1 tablespoon chopped green onions (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese and pepper jelly until well combined.
- Cut each turkey bacon slice in half. Take a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture and place it at one end of the bacon slice.
- Roll the bacon around the cream cheese and secure it with a toothpick.
- Place the wrapped bites on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the bacon is crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For an extra kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the cream cheese mixture.
