- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 large ripe banana, mashed
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the peanut butter, mashed banana, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until well combined.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract, stirring to mix well.
- Stir in the baking soda and salt. Gradually add chocolate chips to the mixture.
- Drop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
