Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh peaches, diced
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup peach preserves


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, and press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in vanilla and almond extract.
  5. Fold in diced peaches and cinnamon, then pour the mixture over the crust.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the center is set.
  7. Allow to cool, then top with peach preserves before serving.
