- 1 cup peach pie filling
- 1 package cream cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine the milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.
- Fold in the peach pie filling gently.
- Pour the batter into a greased donut pan, filling each cavity about halfway.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth, then add the powdered sugar and cinnamon, mixing well.
- Once the donuts are cool, pipe or spoon the cream cheese mixture into the center of each donut.
