- 3 ripe bananas
- 2 cups peach slices
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup vanilla pudding mix
- 2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 package vanilla wafers
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the vanilla pudding mix with milk and whisk until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold it into the pudding mixture.
- Layer the bottom of a serving dish with vanilla wafers.
- Add a layer of sliced bananas and peach slices over the wafers.
- Pour half of the pudding mixture over the fruits.
- Repeat the layering with the remaining wafers, fruits, and pudding.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- For added flavor, you can sprinkle some cinnamon over the layers.
