Description

A delightful dessert featuring peaches and blueberries topped with a crunchy almond and oat mixture.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups sliced peaches
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup almond meal
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine peaches and blueberries. Place in a greased baking dish.
  3. In another bowl, mix rolled oats, almond meal, brown sugar, sliced almonds, melted butter, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly over the fruit.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden and the fruit is bubbly.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving.
