- 4 cups sliced peaches
- 2 cups blueberries
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup almond meal
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine peaches and blueberries. Place in a greased baking dish.
- In another bowl, mix rolled oats, almond meal, brown sugar, sliced almonds, melted butter, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- Spread the mixture evenly over the fruit.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden and the fruit is bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Serve warm with vanilla ice cream for a special treat.
- For a nut-free version, replace almonds with additional oats.
