- 2 pounds pork ribs
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Mix brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Rub the spice mixture onto the ribs.
- Wrap the ribs in aluminum foil and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 2.5 to 3 hours.
- Remove from oven, unwrap the foil, and brush BBQ sauce over the ribs.
- Increase the oven temperature to 400°F (200°C) and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
- Let the ribs rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the ribs overnight.
