Description

These oven baked BBQ ribs are incredibly easy to prepare, tender, and packed with flavor. Perfect for any gathering!


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds pork ribs
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Mix brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Rub the spice mixture onto the ribs.
  4. Wrap the ribs in aluminum foil and place them on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 2.5 to 3 hours.
  6. Remove from oven, unwrap the foil, and brush BBQ sauce over the ribs.
  7. Increase the oven temperature to 400°F (200°C) and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
  8. Let the ribs rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
