Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken thighs
  • 1 cup rice
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup honey BBQ sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add onions and garlic, sauté until translucent.
  2. Add chicken thighs to the pan, season with paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned.
  3. Stir in the rice, chicken broth, and honey BBQ sauce. Bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 20-25 minutes or until rice is cooked.
  5. Remove from heat and let it sit for 5 minutes before serving.
