- 1 pound chicken thighs
- 1 cup rice
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup honey BBQ sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add onions and garlic, sauté until translucent.
- Add chicken thighs to the pan, season with paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned.
- Stir in the rice, chicken broth, and honey BBQ sauce. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 20-25 minutes or until rice is cooked.
- Remove from heat and let it sit for 5 minutes before serving.

- For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in honey BBQ sauce for a few hours before cooking.
