Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 pound green beans
  • 1 pound baby potatoes
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, honey, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place chicken breasts in the center of a large baking pan.
  4. Add green beans and baby potatoes around the chicken.
