Ingredients

  • 1 cup club soda
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1/4 cup simple syrup
  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • fresh pineapple slices for garnish


Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher, combine the pineapple juice, coconut cream, lime juice, and simple syrup.
  2. Add the crushed ice and stir until well combined.
  3. Just before serving, gently stir in the club soda.
  4. Serve in glasses garnished with fresh pineapple slices.
