Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Fold in the whipped cream, powdered sugar, salted caramel sauce, and vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
- Layer the graham cracker mixture at the bottom of serving cups.
- Spoon the cheesecake mixture on top of the graham cracker layer.
- Drizzle additional salted caramel sauce over the top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of sea salt on top of each cup before serving.
