A deliciously easy dessert that combines the flavors of lemon and cream without the need for baking.

- 1 package graham crackers
- 2 boxes instant lemon pudding mix
- 4 cups milk
- 1 container whipped topping
- 1 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together the lemon pudding mix and milk until thickened.
- Fold in the whipped topping, lemon juice, and vanilla extract.
- Layer graham crackers in the bottom of a dish.
- Spread half of the pudding mixture over the crackers.
- Add another layer of graham crackers and top with the remaining pudding mixture.
- Finish with a final layer of graham crackers.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add lemon zest to the pudding mixture.
- This dessert is best served cold.
