Ingredients

  • 1 package graham crackers
  • 2 boxes instant lemon pudding mix
  • 4 cups milk
  • 1 container whipped topping
  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the lemon pudding mix and milk until thickened.
  2. Fold in the whipped topping, lemon juice, and vanilla extract.
  3. Layer graham crackers in the bottom of a dish.
  4. Spread half of the pudding mixture over the crackers.
  5. Add another layer of graham crackers and top with the remaining pudding mixture.
  6. Finish with a final layer of graham crackers.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
