- 1 cup mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
- Combine flour and cocoa powder; gradually stir into the creamed mixture.
- Fold in pecans and mini marshmallows.
- Spread evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before cutting into bars.
