Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries, chopped
  • 1/2 cup pecans, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine softened cream cheese, crushed pineapple, dried cranberries, pecans, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Roll each cheese ball in additional chopped pecans to coat.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  6. Serve with crackers or sliced baguette.
