- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries, chopped
- 1/2 cup pecans, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine softened cream cheese, crushed pineapple, dried cranberries, pecans, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
- Form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Roll each cheese ball in additional chopped pecans to coat.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Serve with crackers or sliced baguette.
Notes
- For added flavor, you can also mix in some crumbled bacon or herbs.
