- 1 cup vanilla wafer cookies, crushed
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups milk
- 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 2 bananas, sliced
- 1/4 cup chocolate shavings (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the crushed vanilla wafers with melted butter until combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottoms of mini tart pans to form the crust.
- Bake the crusts for 10 minutes, then let them cool.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together milk and instant vanilla pudding mix until thickened.
- Fold in the whipped cream until smooth.
- Spoon the pudding mixture into the cooled crusts and top with banana slices.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Before serving, sprinkle with chocolate shavings if desired.
Notes
- For added flavor, use ripe bananas.
- These pies can be made a day ahead and stored in the fridge.
