Description

Mini Banana Pudding Pies are the perfect bite-sized dessert, combining creamy banana pudding with a crunchy crust for a delectable treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup vanilla wafer cookies, crushed
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 1/4 cup chocolate shavings (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the crushed vanilla wafers with melted butter until combined.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottoms of mini tart pans to form the crust.
  4. Bake the crusts for 10 minutes, then let them cool.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together milk and instant vanilla pudding mix until thickened.
  6. Fold in the whipped cream until smooth.
  7. Spoon the pudding mixture into the cooled crusts and top with banana slices.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  9. Before serving, sprinkle with chocolate shavings if desired.
