- 8 ounces lasagna noodles
- 1 pound turkey bacon
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 teaspoon chili powder

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onions, bell peppers, and garlic, and sauté until softened.
- Add turkey bacon and chicken ham to the skillet, cooking until bacon is crispy.
- Stir in black beans, salsa, chili powder, and cumin; cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- In a baking dish, layer noodles, meat mixture, and cheese, repeating until all ingredients are used, ending with cheese on top.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, then remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with cilantro before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add jalapeños or other spices to the meat mixture.
