Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup minced onion
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup milk


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, oregano, basil, parsley, and milk.
  3. Mix until fully combined, but do not overmix.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  6. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
