- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup minced onion
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, oregano, basil, parsley, and milk.
- Mix until fully combined, but do not overmix.
- Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- You can use ground turkey as a substitute for chicken if you prefer.
