Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 red onion, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine chicken, zucchinis, tomatoes, and onion.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil, and add the Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
  4. Spread the mixture in a baking dish and top with feta cheese.
