  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 jar marinara sauce
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream


Instructions

  1. Make the pasta dough by mixing flour, eggs, olive oil, and salt until smooth.
  2. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  3. In a bowl, combine ricotta, Parmesan, basil, and black pepper for the filling.
  4. Roll out the pasta dough and cut it into squares.
  5. Place a spoonful of filling on half of the squares, then fold and seal with water.
  6. Boil ravioli in salted water until they float to the top.
  7. In a saucepan, heat marinara sauce and stir in heavy cream.
  8. Serve ravioli topped with the sauce.

Notes
