Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh lime juice
- 1 cup tequila
- 1 cup simple syrup
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
- lime slices for garnish
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the lime juice, tequila, simple syrup, and water.
- Add the chopped mint leaves and stir well.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving some space at the top.
- Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until solid.
- To remove, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds and gently pull out the popsicles.
- Garnish with lime slices and enjoy!
Notes
- For a non-alcoholic version, skip the tequila.
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less simple syrup.
