Beat the heat with these delicious Margarita Popsicles, a refreshing treat perfect for hot days. Easy to make and fun to enjoy!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups fresh lime juice
  • 1 cup tequila
  • 1 cup simple syrup
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
  • lime slices for garnish


Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the lime juice, tequila, simple syrup, and water.
  2. Add the chopped mint leaves and stir well.
  3. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving some space at the top.
  4. Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until solid.
  5. To remove, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds and gently pull out the popsicles.
  6. Garnish with lime slices and enjoy!

Notes

  • For a non-alcoholic version, skip the tequila.
  • Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less simple syrup.
