- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 2 cups packed brown sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 cups quick oats
- 1 ½ cups chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Beat until creamy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and baking soda.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the peanut butter mixture, mixing until just combined.
- Stir in vanilla extract and oats, followed by chocolate chips.
- Spread the batter evenly in a greased baking pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool before cutting into bars.
