Description

Ingredients

  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 4 slices chicken ham
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, scramble the eggs until cooked through.
  4. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  5. On a plate, layer the chicken ham and add scrambled eggs and cheese.
  6. Roll them up and top with crispy turkey bacon.
