- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 4 slices chicken ham
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, scramble the eggs until cooked through.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- On a plate, layer the chicken ham and add scrambled eggs and cheese.
- Roll them up and top with crispy turkey bacon.
