These Loaded Chocolate Toffee Pretzel Crunch Cookie Cheesecake Bars are the ultimate dessert for anyone who loves a sweet and salty combination. With layers of cookie dough, cheesecake filling, and a crunchy topping, they are perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup crushed pretzels
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup toffee bits


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix the crushed pretzels and melted butter, then press into the bottom of the pan.
  3. In a large bowl, combine brown sugar, granulated sugar, and vanilla. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
  4. Stir in the flour, baking soda, and salt until just combined.
  5. Spread half of the cookie dough over the pretzel crust.
  6. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Spread the cheesecake mixture over the cookie layer.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of the remaining cookie dough on top of the cheesecake layer.
  8. Sprinkle chocolate chips and toffee bits over the top.
  9. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden and set.
  10. Let cool before cutting into bars.

Notes

  • For a more intense chocolate flavor, use dark chocolate chips.
  • These bars can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.
