Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the egg yolks and granulated sugar until thick and pale.
- Add the heavy cream and mascarpone cheese, then mix until smooth.
- Stir in the lemon juice and lemon zest.
- In a separate bowl, dip the lemon-flavored cookies into the lemon liqueur.
- Layer the dipped cookies in a dish, followed by the cream mixture. Repeat layers.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
