- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix lemon juice, zest, olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper, then marinate the chicken thighs.
- Place marinated chicken on a sheet pan and surround with cherry tomatoes and crumbled feta.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
