Ingredients

  • 200 grams feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 cups of cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix lemon juice, zest, olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper, then marinate the chicken thighs.
  3. Place marinated chicken on a sheet pan and surround with cherry tomatoes and crumbled feta.
