Ingredients

  • 4 fillets salmon
  • 2 tablespoons capers
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet.
  3. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  4. Remove salmon and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, melt butter and add garlic, cooking for 1 minute.
  6. Add chicken broth, lemon juice, and capers; simmer for 3 minutes.
  7. Return salmon to the skillet and cook for another minute, spooning sauce over the top.
  8. Serve with lemon wedges and enjoy!
