- 4 fillets salmon
- 2 tablespoons capers
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet.
- Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove salmon and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and add garlic, cooking for 1 minute.
- Add chicken broth, lemon juice, and capers; simmer for 3 minutes.
- Return salmon to the skillet and cook for another minute, spooning sauce over the top.
- Serve with lemon wedges and enjoy!
