Ingredients

  • 2 steaks of your choice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Season the steaks with salt and black pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat and sear the steaks for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
  3. Remove the steaks from the pan and let them rest.
  4. In the same pan, add minced garlic and sauté for a minute.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and add Dijon mustard, stirring continuously until thickened.
  6. Return the steaks to the pan and coat them with the creamy sauce.
  7. Serve garnished with fresh parsley.
