- 4 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- Season the steaks with salt and black pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat and sear the steaks for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
- Remove the steaks from the pan and let them rest.
- In the same pan, add minced garlic and sauté for a minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and add Dijon mustard, stirring continuously until thickened.
- Return the steaks to the pan and coat them with the creamy sauce.
- Serve garnished with fresh parsley.
