These Jalapeño Popper Egg Rolls combine the creamy, spicy goodness of jalapeños and cheese with a crispy shell for a delightful treat.

- 8 egg roll wrappers
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced jalapeños
- 6 slices turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, jalapeños, turkey bacon, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Place about 2 tablespoons of the mixture in the center of each egg roll wrapper.
- Fold and roll the egg rolls tightly, sealing the edges with a little water.
- Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the egg rolls until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove and drain on paper towels before serving.
