Description
These Jalapeño Popper Deviled Eggs with Turkey Bacon combine the creaminess of deviled eggs with the spicy kick of jalapeños and the smokiness of turkey bacon for a delightful appetizer.

- 6 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 2 jalapeños, seeded and finely chopped
- 2 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Hard boil the eggs, then cool and peel them.
- Cut the eggs in half and scoop out the yolks into a bowl.
- Mash the yolks with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, jalapeños, turkey bacon, cheese, cilantro, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture.
- Garnish with additional jalapeños or cilantro if desired.
- Serve chilled.
Notes
- Add extra jalapeños for a spicier kick.
- These can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.
