Description

These Jalapeño Popper Deviled Eggs with Turkey Bacon combine the creaminess of deviled eggs with the spicy kick of jalapeños and the smokiness of turkey bacon for a delightful appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 jalapeños, seeded and finely chopped
  • 2 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Hard boil the eggs, then cool and peel them.
  2. Cut the eggs in half and scoop out the yolks into a bowl.
  3. Mash the yolks with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, jalapeños, turkey bacon, cheese, cilantro, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture.
  5. Garnish with additional jalapeños or cilantro if desired.
  6. Serve chilled.

Notes

  • Add extra jalapeños for a spicier kick.
  • These can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.
