- 8 ounces turkey bacon
- 8 ounces chicken ham
- 4 ounces Swiss cheese, sliced
- 4 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar (for dusting)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then set aside.
- In the same skillet, lightly toast the slider buns.
- Layer chicken ham, Swiss cheese, and cooked turkey bacon on the bottom half of each slider bun.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, Dijon mustard, maple syrup, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Pour the egg mixture over the assembled sliders.
- Top with the other half of the slider buns.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the sliders are golden.
- Remove from the oven and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
