Description

Enjoy this delicious recipe for Hungarian Crepes, traditionally known as Palacsinta, filled with savory turkey bacon and chicken ham. Perfect for breakfast or a light meal!


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 ounces turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 4 ounces chicken ham, chopped


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, eggs, milk, salt, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
  3. Pour a ladleful of batter into the skillet, swirling to cover the bottom.
  4. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the edges curl, then flip and cook for another minute.
  5. Repeat with remaining batter, stacking the crepes on a plate.
  6. Once all crepes are done, fill half of each crepe with turkey bacon and chicken ham, then fold.
