- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice
- 1 jalapeño, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon lime juice

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix together the honey, pineapple juice, jalapeño, garlic, soy sauce, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the salmon fillets with olive oil and place them on the grill.
- Brush the honey-pineapple mixture over the salmon fillets.
- Grill for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the salmon is cooked through.
