This Honey Pineapple Jalapeño Salmon is a quick and easy recipe that balances sweet and spicy flavors perfectly.


Ingredients

  • 2 fillets salmon
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 jalapeño, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the honey, pineapple juice, jalapeño, garlic, soy sauce, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Brush the salmon fillets with olive oil and place them on the grill.
  4. Brush the honey-pineapple mixture over the salmon fillets.
