Description

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Coat the chicken breasts with the honey mustard mixture and place them in a baking dish.
  4. Add the asparagus around the chicken, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
  6. Sprinkle cheese on top and return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!
