- 1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes (fire-roasted)
- 1 (10 oz) can Rotel (diced tomatoes with green chilies)
- 1 jalapeño, seeded or not
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon cumin
- Juice of 1 lime (1–2 tbsp)
- ½ cup fresh cilantro
Instructions
- Chop onion, garlic, and jalapeño.
- Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender.
- Pulse 10–15 times to reach desired consistency.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving for best flavor.
- Serve with chips, tacos, or as a topping for grilled meats.
