Ingredients

2 cups heavy cream

1 cup whole milk

3/4 cup granulated sugar

2 tbsp instant coffee or 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee (cooled)

4 large egg yolks

Instructions

Heat cream, milk, and sugar until warm.

Strain, add vanilla and salt, and chill at least 4 hours.
