Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt. Add melted butter and vinegar. Gradually mix in water until a dough forms.
  2. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth. Wrap in plastic and let rest for 30 minutes.
  3. Roll out the dough thinly and cut into circles.
  4. Wrap the circles around cannoli forms and deep-fry until golden brown.
  5. In another bowl, mix ricotta, confectioners’ sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips and pistachios. Fill the cooled shells with the ricotta mixture.
