Instructions
- In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt. Add melted butter and vinegar. Gradually mix in water until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth. Wrap in plastic and let rest for 30 minutes.
- Roll out the dough thinly and cut into circles.
- Wrap the circles around cannoli forms and deep-fry until golden brown.
- In another bowl, mix ricotta, confectioners’ sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Fold in chocolate chips and pistachios. Fill the cooled shells with the ricotta mixture.
