- 1 package pizza dough
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup cooked chicken ham, diced
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.
- In a bowl, mix together the turkey bacon, chicken ham, mozzarella cheese, ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.
- Place the filling on one half of the rolled-out dough.
- Fold the dough over the filling and crimp the edges to seal.
- Cut a few slits in the top for steam to escape.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
