- 1 cup chopped onions
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (frozen or fresh)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 cups egg noodles
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked, then drain the excess fat.
- Add the chopped onions and mixed vegetables to the skillet and cook until softened.
- Stir in the cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper until well combined.
- In a large baking dish, combine the egg noodles with the beef mixture and mix well.
- If desired, sprinkle the top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until heated through and bubbly.
