- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup chopped vegetables (bell peppers, onions, mushrooms)
- 1/2 cup pepperoni slices (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, flour, baking powder, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and eggs. Mix until well combined.
- Spread the mixture evenly into a greased baking dish.
- Spread the marinara sauce on top of the mixture.
- Top with chopped vegetables and pepperoni slices, if using.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
