- 8 Hawaiian rolls
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Maple syrup for serving
Instructions
- Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and set aside.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- Dip each half of the Hawaiian roll into the egg mixture, allowing it to soak for a few seconds.
- Melt butter in the skillet and place the soaked rolls cut-side down onto the skillet.
- Cook until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Serve warm with crispy turkey bacon and maple syrup.
