  • 8 Hawaiian rolls
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Maple syrup for serving


Instructions

  1. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  4. Dip each half of the Hawaiian roll into the egg mixture, allowing it to soak for a few seconds.
