Ingredients

  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup diced turkey bacon
  • 1 cup diced chicken ham
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Boil the elbow macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside to cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, apple cider vinegar, salt, and black pepper to taste. Mix well.
  3. Add the cooled macaroni, turkey bacon, chicken ham, green onions, carrots, and pickle relish to the bowl. Stir until everything is well coated with the dressing.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to meld.
