- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup diced turkey bacon
- 1 cup diced chicken ham
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil the elbow macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside to cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, apple cider vinegar, salt, and black pepper to taste. Mix well.
- Add the cooled macaroni, turkey bacon, chicken ham, green onions, carrots, and pickle relish to the bowl. Stir until everything is well coated with the dressing.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to meld.
